I am a New Zealand citizen and reside in New Zealand
Under the OIA, I request a copy of the following
Documents/discussions/minutes relating to the functionality of the "MyMSD" app been restricted

Context
every option that I tried is met with "Please Call Us" used to be very simple and straightfoward, Now is a 80min plus wait time

This letter is to advise you that the Ministry has received your request,
however requires more time to respond to this request. In accordance with
section 15(1) and 15A of the Official Information Act, the Ministry’s
decision will be with you no later than 6 April 2022.
The reason for the extension is that consultations necessary to make a
decision on the request are such that a proper response to the request
cannot reasonably be made within the original time limit.
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of
this decision. Information about how to make a complaint is available at

If you wish to discuss any aspect of your request with us, including this

Ministry) requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982, the

On 18 March 2022, the Ministry advised that we had received your request,
however required more time to respond to this request. In accordance with
section 15(1) and 15A of the Official Information Act, you were advised
the Ministry’s decision will be with you no later than 6 April 2022.
The reason for the extension was that consultations necessary to make a
decision on the request are such that a proper response to the request
cannot reasonably be made within the original time limit.
The Ministry has decided to grant your request in part, however, it will
take some time to prepare this information for release. The information
will be sent to you by 29 April 2022. However, the Ministry will endeavour
to get the final response to you sooner if possible.
Some information will be withheld under the following grounds of the
Official Information Act:
o 18(e) - information does not exist or, despite reasonable efforts to
locate it, cannot be found.
