Offshore visa processing
Kunle made this Official Information request to Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Kunle to read a recent response and update the status.
From: Kunle
Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,
Please I have three questions. I could not get related information about them on the Immigration New Zealand website.
1) Would a Talent Accredited Employer work visa renewal application still be processed by Immigration New Zealand if the applicant goes offshore?
2) I would also like to know, would a 2021 Residency Visa application still be processed by Immigration New Zealand if the applicant goes offshore?
3) If yes, please what is the “first entry before” travel condition to come into New Zealand to keep the 2021 Resident Visa valid?
If there are links that answer these questions, can you help provide them as well?
Thank you.
Kunle
