Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) to the Ministry of 
Health (the Ministry) on 8 March 2022 for: 
“all communications with Waitemata District Health Board, Government and other 
agencies that relates to the termination of employment of staff who would not comply with 
the covid 19 vaccine mandate order. 
Please also provide any information relating to advice received to justify and support the 
termination of staff roles.  
Please include all emails, other written correspondence and any minutes of meetings 
relating to this matter”. 
The Ministry does not hold any information within scope of your request; therefore, your request 
is refused under section 18(e) of the Act. The Ministry sincerely apologises for the delay in
