Dear Ministry of Health,
Please provide all communications with Waitemata District Health Board, Government and other agencies that relates to the termination of employment of staff who would not comply with the covid 19 vaccine mandate order.
Please also provide any information relating to advice received to justify and support the termination of staff roles.
Please include all emails, other written correspondence and any minutes of meetings relating to this matter.

The Ministry of Health has decided to extend the period of time available
to respond to your request under section 15A of the Official Information
Act 1982 (the Act) as further consultation is required.
You can now expect a response to your request on, or before 6 May 2022.
You have the right, under section 28 of the Act, to ask the Ombudsman to
review my decision to extend the time available to respond to your
request.
