The Council has a number of teams involved with different planning and consents, for different Council responsibilities. Can you please clarify the teams (or their specific functions) that your request applies to?

Once we have received this clarification from you, we will respond to your request. Our response will be no later than 20 working days after the day your request was clarified. If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will notify you of an extension of that timeframe.

Please note that our response to your information request may be published on Hutt City Council’s website.

How many FTEs are employed in each of those departments now and how many were employed twelve months ago?
How many consultants are currently engaged by the Council for work normally undertaken by Council staff in those departments?
How much has been paid to the above consultants in the last twelve months?
