Total number of incidents of anti-social behaviour committed by tenants or
a person in the premises with the tenant’s permission reported to Kainga
Ora between 3 February 2022 to 2 May 2022.

 

Total number of written notices Kainga Ora has issued to tenants for
anti-social behaviour between 3 February 2022 to 2 May 2022.

 

I am seeking to clarify the second part of your request regarding
‘notices’ Kâinga Ora has issued. Kâinga Ora issues two kinds of written
notices as it pertains to antisocial behaviour:

 

·         notices that advise the tenant that they have breached their
tenancy agreement

·         ‘warning notifications’ issued as part of a Kâinga Ora
disruptive behaviour process, relating to our landlord obligations under
section 55A of the Residential Tenancies Act.

 

Could you please clarify what kind of notice you are requesting? Please
reply by Friday, 13 May 2022.

working days under section 15A(1)(b) of the Act as “consultations
necessary to make a decision on the request are such that a proper
response to the request cannot reasonably be made within the original time
