I refer to your Official Information Act request received by ACC on 16 May
2022. You requested the minutes of any meetings between ACC and the
Hereditary Chiefs or the Confederation of United Tribes.

Unfortunately, we are having considerable difficulty finding such
information. We may have to refuse your request under section 18(e) of the
Act as the information does not exist or cannot be found.

Before doing so, we wanted to check whether we have understood your
request correctly and whether you have further information that may help
us look for the information. This might include meeting dates or names of
individuals who may represent the Hereditary Chiefs or the Confederation
of United Tribes. 

If you do, we would be grateful to hear from you by close of business
Wednesday 8 May. if we do not hear from you by then, we will proceed with
responding to your request as written.
