Raw data from recent and past annual Resident Surveys
P Lambert made this Official Information request to Wellington City Council
The request was partially successful.
From: P Lambert
Dear Wellington City Council,
I could not find on your website the data from past Annual Residents Surveys. I could only find references to it in other documents and occasional PDFs with excerpts.
I would like the raw data (csv or xls or whatever is easiest for you) of both the recent and all past Annual Resident Surveys.
If there is also any documentation on what it is, why it is done, how long it has been going, and how it has changed over the years, that would also be welcomed.
If you want to simply publish the data on your website and point me to it, that would be most useful for me.
Yours faithfully,
P Lambert

Dear BUS: Assurance,
This is a frustratingly opaque response to a survey which is supposed to be about transparency. You will appreciate that linking to news articles linking to PDFs of summaries is about the bare minimum for what you could be doing here. If you were trying to positively affect the results about transparency and trust, do you think you might have responded differently?
Yours sincerely,
P Lambert
