Dear University of Auckland,
I make this request to obtain information pertaining to faculty of law decision making about whether exams will be in person for law in 2022.
I request the following please be provided:
- The written minutes of any faculty of law meetings regarding decision making about whether to apply for an exemption for 2022 law exams to be held in person.
- The written correspondence of Dean Penelope Mathew, Associate Dean (Teaching and Learning) Marcus Roberts, Associate Dean (Academic) John Ip and Pro Vice-Chancellor (Education) Bridget Kool in respect of decision making about whether the faculty of law will apply for an exemption so that 2022 exams will be held in person for law.
- Any application and related correspondence (i.e. the written correspondence leading up to the decision to make that application) for faculty of law exams to be in person.
