A document proactively released on the Unite Against COVID-19 website
refers to a report prepared by the DPMC COVID-19 Group Insights and
Reporting team titled "Possible Long-Term Outcomes or Endings for the
COVID-19 Pandemic" (p.8 below):

And included in this document is a 2-page summary of this report. I would
like to request:

 

ONE: A copy of the report "Possible Long-Term Outcomes or Endings for the
COVID-19 Pandemic" (i.e. the actual report, not the summary)

 

TWO: A list of all reports prepared by the DPMC COVID-19 Group Insights
and Reporting team, dated since the beginning of this year. I would like
this list to include the title and date of the report.
