Dear Ministry of Health,
A Ministry of Health briefing recently released under the OIA refers to a review of the Ministry's provision of services to ministers. The briefing can be accessed here (quote on page 53):

This is from the 9 February 2022 briefing to the COVID-19 response minister titled "Processing of requests under the Official Information Act 1982 and learnings from the Pfizer information release incident" (briefing 20220182) and the reference is in paragraph 25 as follows:
"An external consultant is reviewing the processes underpinning the Ministry of Health's ministerial servicing. The Ministry has asked them to urgently provide additional specific advice on how it released information with particular regard to the incident."
I would like to make the following requests for information:
ONE: I would like to request a copy of the review of "the processes underpinning the Ministry of Health's ministerial servicing" produced by an external consultant for the Ministry referred to here.
TWO: I would like to request a copy of the "additional specific advice on how [the Pfizer information was released]" produced by the external consultant for the Ministry referred to here.

The Ministry of Health has decided to extend the period of time available
to respond to your request under section 15A of the Official Information
Act 1982 (the Act) as further consultation is required.
You can now expect a response to your request on, or before, 10 November
2022.
You have the right, under section 28 of the Act, to ask the Ombudsman to
review my decision to extend the time available to respond to your
request.
