Thank you for your emails on 21 and 22 November 2022. Your (OIR’s)
requests will be managed under the Local Government Official Information
and Meetings Act 1987 (the LGOIMA) (the Act).

 

We will endeavour to respond to your requests as soon as possible and in
any event no later than 19 December 2022, this being 20 working days after
your request was received.

 

Please note that some of your requests (received 22 November) fall within
the close down period for OIR requests. The statutory period of 20 working
days provided by the Act covers the period of Christmas/New Year. This
means that your request is being processed in accordance with Section 2,
Interpretation - (1)(c) of the Act, that is “working day” means any day of
the week other than weekends and a day in the period commencing with 20
December 2022 and ending with 10 January 2023 (inclusive). Those we
received on 22 November technically fall on a response date of 11 January
2023, however, we are planning to try and get all of the responses to you
by 19 December 2022 as noted above unless we need to extend for any reason
for which we will notify you.

 

Your request is being handled by our Regulatory, Infrastructure and Place
and Space teams. Please note, the reference for your request is OIR
2223-414.

 

If any additional factors come to light which are relevant to your
request, please do not hesitate to contact us so that these can be taken
into account.

 

Because your requests have come through via the .FYI website, this has
created 9 separate email addresses. Would you be ok with us providing a
combined response to you via the email address on this email and not to
the other addresses? It will come as one response letter. Alternatively,
