Communications between DART and Netsafe
P Taylor made this Official Information request to Ministry of Health
The request was partially successful.
From: P Taylor
Dear Ministry of Health,
1. Further to my previous request, H2022015932. I would like to request all communications between any member of the Disinformation Assessment and Response Team (DART) and Netsafe during the period of 01 January 2022 and 31 July 2022.
2. Given the implications to democracy in New Zealand, based on what was revealed in the previous request, and given that we have already identified public concern with the material uncovered. I would like to request that this OIA request be treated with the utmost urgency due to the public interest and the implications that this topic has on democracy in New Zealand. We would like to know as soon as possible what other media companies, and or citizens, in New Zealand have been targeted in such a manner by government agencies.
Yours faithfully,
P Taylor
