Thank you for your patience. Further to our email of 27 January 2023, please see attached the finalised mark and grade distributions for the Semester 2 2022 FINC303 and FINC306 papers as requested in your Official Information Act request dated 11 December 2022.
As noted in our response of 27 January, as fewer than five students failed FINC306, we have determined that it is necessary to withhold the marks and specific grades for these students to protect their privacy and wellbeing. This is pursuant to section 9(2)(a) of the Act.
If you are not satisfied with our response to your information request, section 28(3) of the Act provides you with the right to ask an Ombudsman to investigate and review this response. However, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss any concerns with you first.
