1- Ever “vaccinated” against COVID-19, ie treated with a COVID-19 “vaccine” at any point in time
2- Never “vaccinated” against COVID-19, ie not treated with a COVID-19 “vaccine” at any point in time
If other category designations are used (eg “unvaccinated”, “partly vaccinated”, “fully vaccinated”), please fully define the meanings of such designations.

Kia ora ASE,
Thank you for your request for official information on 2 March 2023 as a
follow up to your request (H2023019885 refers). You asked:
“Please advise what particular revision(s) to the request would
facilitate the release of the information being sought: ie information
relating to correlation and causality between exposure to COVID-19
“vaccines” and mortality."
Manatû Hauora is still unable to ascertain what type of information you
are looking for. However, we believe your request can be interpreted in
two ways:
1. To understand how a causality assessment is made between COVID-19
vaccines and death
Please refer to the coroner for information regarding how a causality
assessment is made between COVID-19 vaccines and death. You may be
interested in the following publicly available information about causality
assessment between COVID-19 vaccines and death:
• [1]www.who.int/publications/i/item/9789240032781
• [2]www.medsafe.govt.nz/COVID-19/monitoring-process.asp
2. To relitigate your assessment of causality for all fatal reports to
Centre for Adverse Reactions Monitoring (CARM).
Your request is withheld in full under section 9(2)(a) of the Act, to
protect the privacy of natural persons, as all fatal reports to Centre for
Adverse Reactions Monitoring (CARM) are withheld to protect the privacy of
individuals. I have considered the countervailing public interest in
releasing information and consider that it does not outweigh the need to
withhold at this time.
If this is not the information you are seeking, you are welcome to make a
new request with due particularity as required by section 12 of the Act.
Section 12(2) of the Act requires that official information requested
shall be specified with due particularly for the requirements of the Act
to apply. As it stands, Manatû Hauora is unable to respond to your request
confidently or comprehensively.
Under section 28(3) of the Act, you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to
review any decisions made under this request. The Ombudsman may be
contacted by email at: [email address] or by calling 0800 802

Kia ora ASE,
Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the
Act) to Manatû Hauora (the Ministry of Health) on 26 June 2023 as a follow
up to your previous request (H2023022991 refers). You requested:
“To clarify, can you please confirm that aside from the publicly
available information previously cited, that The Ministry of Health
holds no other information relating to correlation and/or causality
between COVID-19 “vaccines” and mortality and/or morbidity.”
As mentioned in our previous responses to your requests for information
(refs: H2023022991, H2023019885 and H2023021378) we have attempted on

regarding known side effects is available at these above links and Manatû
Hauora stands by its decision and has nothing further to add.
Despite your clarification, the information you have requested previously
has not been made with the due particularity required by section 12.
Manatû Hauora has been unable to respond to your requests confidently or
comprehensively. Please note that section 12(2) of the Act requires that
official information requested shall be specified with due particularly
for the requirements of the Act to apply.
Please note that continuing to request the same information after you have
been advised that it does not exist and using the Act in this manner could
be construed as vexatious and result in such future requests being refused
under section 18(h) of the Act.

“Manatû Hauora has confirmed we do not hold any further information than what is publicly available […]”
So someone was arrested and charged for releasing information The Ministry of Health denied possessing? How does that work?

From Ombudsman (abridged):
I understand from your correspondence that you consider the Ministry’s response was incomplete because it withheld information.
You say that a former Ministry employee leaked data which you believe records evidence of a correlation between COVID-19 vaccines and mortality in New Zealand.
In support of your claim, you have provided a link to an article posted on an independent website.
The article sets out the author’s interpretation of the data alleged to have been leaked by the Ministry employee.
Preliminary inquiries have been made of the Ministry, and I understand that the data leaked by the former employee contained private health information which included vaccination and dates.
The Ministry provided a link to Te Whatu Ora’s public statement about the incident, which states: ‘There is no evidence whatsoever that vaccination is responsible for excess mortality in New
Zealand. ‘
[…]
Having carefully reviewed all the circumstances of this case, it appears that an investigation is unnecessary.
###
My response:
Thank you for that update.
Please note that what I requested is data. That data may include anonymised and/or aggregate data to protect individuals' privacy, but the request nonetheless is for data. This data, which apparently is held by MOH, has not been released by MOH.
What MOH referred to, “There is no evidence whatsoever that vaccination is responsible for excess mortality in New
Zealand” is an assertion, in the absence of data they have released. Concerningly, data from other jurisdictions, other sources, and a growing number of peer-reviewed published studies draws MOH's assertion into question. As such, it is a matter of growing urgency that MOH release the requested data, so it can be analysed independently.
As such, I am still seeking the data that I had requested some time ago. As a matter of public interest, I hope that you may be able to assist with this.
Thank you,
ASE left an annotation ()
Following up on my email from earlier today;
1- MOH claimed that my request “has not been made with the due particularity”. This appears to be a dishonest attempt by MOH to withhold the requested information.
2- MOH diverts to mortality data held by CARM (Centre for Adverse Reactions Monitoring). CARM is a voluntary reporting system that records only 1-5% of suspected adverse reactions. Deferring to CARM, rather than citing more comprehensive data, appears to be another dishonest attempt by MOH to withhold the requested information. The information released by an MOH whistleblower seems to substantiate the assertion that MOH does hold more complete and comprehensive data.
3- If MOH does not hold the data being requested, they have no factual basis for claiming “There is no evidence whatsoever that vaccination is responsible for excess mortality in New Zealand”. If that assertion is based on data, that data needs to be released for independent review. If that assertion is based on something other than data, it would appear to be a lie. If that assertion is based on absence of data, then the assertion is misleading, and MOH should publicly clarify that their assertion of “no evidence whatsoever” is based on “no evidence whatsoever” from which to draw any evidence-based conclusion.
4- MOH claims to not hold information related to this request aside from what is publicly available. For the reasons outlined above, that claim appears to be a lie.
Thank you again,
