Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment did not have the information requested.
From: Anthony Smith
Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,
In Schedule 2 of the Legislation Act 2019 there is a requirement for the administrating agency of an act to ensure that material that is incorporated by reference is publicly available.
According to the Health and Safety a Work Act 2015 and the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017, the Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment are the administrating agency.
Therefore, I request a digital copy of the (former) Department of Labour’s standard for clip-on adaptors based on LPGITA Code of Practice No 15 Part 1:1992. This document is cited in Regulation 15.35 of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017. Alternatively, I will be happy if you provide an internet link to where the document is available for download.
This request should not be transferred to WorkSafe as they are not the administrating agency for this legislation, nor hold this document.
Yours faithfully,
B Smith.
