Dear Department of Internal Affairs,
I had send a message request to confirm if I was able to apply or receive a birth certificate under the common law for myself and my new born. Will I be able then to use the common law jurisdiction, and if so, will I recieve a card or information on this confirming my eligibility for the common law to be practiced under?
Yours faithfully,
Cale Wairepo
