We request the following information under the Official Information Act (OIA): Does the Office of the Privacy Commissioner have any relationship with a person named Dawn Swan?

The background for this request is that we have received a PDF document from your office, dated to the 17th of March, 2023, which lists "Dawn Swan" as the author in its metadata. However, in a response to our earlier request regarding this name, you have confirmed that this person is not employed by your office.
