The request was successful.
From: James Russell
Dear Ministry of Social Development,
Does the Ministry have a reward system in place where any staff member or contracted employee at any level throughout all job descriptions, receive a pecuniary interest bonus or other reward in any of the following circumstances or examples;
Getting clients off a benefit, or beneficiaries on permanent ‘supported living payment’ to jobseekers; including reward to branch and service centre managers for low or below average complaints, or reviews of decisions toward their branches, and would include similar reward or bonuses to staff attached to the fraud unit for proven fraud investigations or investigations resulting in clients no longer receiving a prior entitlement to a benefit.
.
Yours faithfully,
James Russell

They actually have until Jan 19. The OIA counts 25 Dec through 15 Jan as non-working days. An oversight on FYI means we didn't have those dates set up (this should be corrected soon). Sorry about that.
