Dear Andrew Little,

Under the Offical Information Act please provide all communications including but not limited to emails, texts and phone calls involving or concerning Matthew Tukaki and yourself or your office in relation to his appointment as director for the Suicide Prevention Office or any other matter.

Please note, I requested this back on December 31st 2022 and despite two follow up messages to Maria Sykes on the 24th of February 2023 and 3rd of March 2023 and a reminder to your office on the 14th of March this information has not been forthcoming. I filed a 2nd request on March 17th which also went unanswered.

As this is now the 3rd formal request, I am sure this can be completed without any delay.
