Please provide copies of all advice you provided to Ministers in 2020-2022 about whether Universities should be eligible to receive the COVID-19 wage subsidy or any financial support to assist Universities during the pandemic.
Please provide copies of all advice you provided to Ministers in 2020-200 about the funding of universities, including the impact of drops in the number of international students.
