I refer to your official information requested dated Tuesday 13 June 2023
for information held by the Mount Wellington Licensing Trust in relation
to:

 

 1. Every occasion where catering has been provided to Trustees – whether
frequent trust meetings, trustee retreats, or meetings attended by
Trustees.
 2. The cost of the catering provided to Trustees.
 3. A breakdown of the nature of the catering i.e., dinner, afternoon tea,
snacks, beverages.

 

In response:

 

 1. Below is a list of the occasions on where catering has been provided
to Trustees acting in capacity as Trustee.  This includes Mount
Wellington Licensing Trust meetings, Annual General Meetings, training
and/or induction sessions, and when Trustees were invited to Mount
Wellington Trust Hotels meetings in the capacity as MWLT Trustee.

 2. The retail cost of the catering provided to Trustees at the above
functions was $1,526.  However, it is noteworthy to mention that a
significant portion of the events where catering was provided were
held at venues The Trust owns; therefore, the actual cost of providing
catering was c. $775.

 

Also noteworthy is that, due to the extent of the detail requested in your
query, the cost of putting together the information in this request for
information, and preparing a response, was no less than $700.

 

 3. The breakdown of the nature of the catering is:
