Dear Government Services,
I would like to thank you for your response on 27 July 2023. I am following up to modify my request.
Please list all available applications ACC has approved for use by ACC employees for audio/visual conferencing, as your response stated that ACC may use applications other than Zoom.
Please provide details of which categories of employees (by title and department) who are authorized and have access to use audio/visual conferencing within ACC, with claimants or other persons outside of ACC. Please clarify if there are any restrictions for use by the named categories of employees. An example of a category would include, but not be limited to: Claims manager, Team Leader, Specialist Cover Assessor, Recovery Coordinator, Resolution Specialist, Resolution Manager, Technical Specialist, and Privacy Officer.
Please provide information as to how these employees are able to access and use the audio/visual conferencing (e.g., company issued or personal laptops, company issued or personal PCs, company issued or personal smart phones, conferencing rooms which are booked ahead of time).
Please provide information on how ACC employees communicate with claimants or other persons outside of NZ (e.g., person to person phone calls, skype for business, or audio/visual teleconferencing applications).
Please provide me with the policies, processes, guidelines, instructional information, notices, employee agreements or contracts, purchase orders, purchasing contracts, emails or non-electronic communications, or any other document which supports your written response. If no such documents exist, then I request that the information be provided in written form. I make this request not only pursuant to the OIA, but also pursuant to the Code of ACC's Claimants' Rights, Part 2.
Thank you for your timely response.
Kind regards,

I think that's someone different. That person's account got suspended. I don't kno why. I was following one of their requests and now we won't get to see the response because they arent here for it. The agency should still have to respond here. That seems unfair.
