We refer to your information request dated 2 August 2023 made under the
Official Information Act 1982 (the Act), outlined below.
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to meet the timeframe we have
outlined below. We are writing to notify you, pursuant to s 15A of the
Act, of an extension of time to make our decision in respect of your
request by a further five working days - to Tuesday 5 August 2023.
However, we will endeavour to provide the information sooner if possible.
This extension is on the basis that consultations necessary to make a
decision on the request are such that a proper response to the request
cannot reasonably be made within the original time limit, and therefore we
require some additional time to complete our response. We thank you for
your patience.

If you are not satisfied with our extension of time, you have the right to
make a complaint to the Ombudsman under section 28(3) of the Act. However,
we would welcome the opportunity to discuss any concerns with you first.

Ngā mihi
