We refer to your official information request submitted via the FYI
website on 17 August 2023, in relation to a complaint you made to our
office.

 

We note the information you are seeking may contain personal information
under the Privacy Act 2020.  As you are using an open source website to
make your request, we need to verify your identity pursuant to s57(a) of
the Privacy Act. Before we respond, we ask that you provide us with a copy
of your identification, noting the acceptable forms of ID include a valid
passport or driver’s license. In the event that you are unable to provide
proper ID, please contact us for instructions on an alternative
verification process.

 

Once your ID is received and the SFO is satisfied that you are the proper
