Train timetable failure

Response to this request is long overdue. By law Wellington Regional Council should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

Dear Wellington Regional Council,
I want to know how are you trying to fix the current train passenger issue due to cancellation, services as late as 20 minutes and what improvements are on the way to encourage use of public transport as it seems like ratepayers are paying you the part for no apparent reason.
Also, why a late Wairarapa service messing up with the services that leave from UH and Taita stations. If you want to check it happened again, the recent one to check is the Morning of 29th between 7 and 8 when I had to miss out on two trains including a Wairarapa service which I thought had more capacity.
