Official information request for information on locality plans 
I refer to your official information request dated 5 September 2023 for: 
•  A copy of any plans or drafts received and a copy of any reports/draft papers or 
internal documents that review them and/or identifies options or pathways to funding 
according to any provisions being developed to deal with incoming locality plans and 
resulting decisions.  
•  A copy of the procedure being used to process the draft locality plan of the Taikorihi 
Locality Partnership Group, a copy of the draft plan and any information that 
indicates its progress towards funding decisions or otherwise. 
On 8 September 2023, your request was transferred in part to Te Whatu Ora, as work on 
locality plans is believed to be more closely connected with the functions of Te Whatu Ora. 
However, Te Aka Whai Ora also undertook to respond separately to you in respect of any 
information we hold relating to your request.  
We have looked into this request. I can confirm that Te Aka Whai Ora does not have any 
information to provide to you, that would be in addition to the material held by Te Whatu Ora. 
You wil  hear further from Te Whatu Ora concerning that part of your request that was 
transferred to them.
