Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,
I wish to request the number of claimants who have applied for ACC
cover due to statin related (treatment) injury or death. This could
include rhabdomyolysis, renal failure, myopathy, peripheral
neuropathy or polymyalgia rheumatic or any other injury or long term chronic injury.
This request is made in February 2015..
I would also like to know how many claimants were accepted by ACC.
