A resident in Ohakune and member our Society has advised of new activity occurring on Foyle St, across the road from Mountain motel & lodge, Ohakune on a vacant piece of land. We believe the number may be f or 9 Foyle Street.

1) Are any consents currently with council for this development, we believe Eves Construction or Rowan Eves is involved in the project, if so please provide copies of the consents.

2) Members of the public have claimed that social houses are being built on the land, does council have any Social Housing projects in Ohakune other than Teitei Drive underway, if so please provide documents related to the project.

1) Does council have any emails, documents, minutes or agreements in the last 24 months relating to this property that are not specifically for consent purposes? i.e. has council had any involvement in the discussions, negotiations or funding of the build.

2) Does council have any involvement with Te Kūmete O Paerangi Limited, or Ngāti Rangi on any housing projects in Ohakune?
