Dear Human Rights Commission,
as a property owner affected by the governmental red zoning and Christchurch City Councils decision to apply Section 124 Notice, I request information regards communications that occurred between Human Rights Commission, Christchurch City Council and MBIE.
I request to obtain all documents related to the matter. This should include all conversations, meeting notes, letters and any other information to and from the above stated entities related to the red zoning and earthquake related dealings.

I write in response to your OIA request of 10 February 2015.
On 25 February 2015 you replied to my request for clarification of your request. You wrote that in addition to the letter sent by the Chief Human Rights Commissioner to the Mayor of Christchurch on 3 December 2014 you were seeking: “other correspondence that took place between the HRC, the Christchurch City Council and MBIE, regarding red zoning and the s. 124 issue.”
