Thank you for your email on 17 January 2024, asking for the following under the Of icial
Information Act 1982 (the Act):
“Please provide your safety signal analysis documents for the C19 vaccination adverse
events of special interest (AESI) that were detected in any of your internal systems,
particularly for the outcome of death.
If it exists please also provide your rebuttal or debunking of the analysis that the American
Steve Kirsch has performed on the apparently authentic data recently leaked by the NZ
whistleblower as per the link below, which asserts that the COVID19 vaccine injections are
kil ing approx 1 for every 1000 injections.
