Safety Signals For AESI C19 Vaccines
M Bell made this Official Information request to Ministry of Health
The request was refused by Ministry of Health.
From: M Bell
Dear Ministry of Health,
Please provide your safety signal analysis documents for the C19 vaccination adverse events of special interest (AESI) that were detected in any of your internal systems, particularly for the outcome of death.
If it exists please also provide your rebuttal or debunking of the analysis that the American Steve Kirsch has performed on the apparently authentic data recently leaked by the NZ whistleblower as per the link below, which asserts that the COVID19 vaccine injections are killing approx 1 for every 1000 injections. https://kirschsubstack.com/p/data-from-u...
If it exists please also provide your rebuttal or debunking of the analysis that the Canadian Dr Denis Rancourt has statistically analyzed your publicly available data where he comes up with similar results as Kirsch to the safety signal of death. Refer to the link below.

If this is not information held by MOH please redirect toward Te Whatu Ora.
Yours faithfully,
M Bell

While the Act allows New Zealanders to ask for information from Ministers
and government agencies, there is no requirement for agencies to create
new information, compile information they do not hold or provide or prove
an opinion. Your questions and the statements that support them appear
designed to engage in a debate about the Government’s COVID-19 vaccination
programme, rather than a request for official information. The Act does
not support requests where an opinion, comment, argument, or hypothetical
statement is put to the Ministry for response, couched as a request for
information. This part of your request is therefore refused under section
18(g)(i) on the grounds that it is not held by the Ministry.
If you wish to discuss any aspect of your request with us, including this
decision, please feel free to contact the OIA Services Team on:

right to ask the Ombudsman to review any decisions made under this
request. The Ombudsman may be contacted by email at:

Dear OIA Requests,
If refusing under 18 (g) (i) I can only assume that you are merely saying that MoH does not have such a document(s) and also stating that to your knowledge it is not held by another agency?
Please confirm that this part of the request is refused solely on the grounds of 18 (g) (i).
I am asking you to clarify this because you also said in your reply the following....
"Your questions and the statements that support them appear designed to engage in a debate about the Government’s COVID-19 vaccination programme, rather than a request for official information."
That particular statement is factually incorrect, as clearly my request is asking for a particular document(s), if it exists.
Yours sincerely,
M Bell
From: M Bell
Dear OIA Requests,
Waiting for a response please. As clarified I was asking for a document if it exists, yet part of the reply from you was incorrectly implying that my request was not genuine. i.e. ...
"The Act does not support requests where an opinion, comment, argument, or hypothetical statement is put to the Ministry for response, couched as a request for information."
Note that I did not ask for any "opinion, comment, argument, or hypothetical statement" at any point, so I presume this was a cut and paste error of some kind?
Please confirm that your response is a refusal based on 18(g)(i) of the act only.
Yours sincerely,
M Bell
