I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your Official Information Act

received. If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will
notify you of an extension of that timeframe. Please note, the three weeks
between Christmas Day and 15 January the following year don't count as
working days.  This means that any Privacy request submitted from now may
take a bit longer.
