as heavy rail from Onehunga for the South-western Multi-modal Airport
Rapid Transit project.

the 12^th of February 2024 which is 20 working days after the day your
request was received.  This response date takes into account Waitangi Day
(6 February 2024).  If we are not able to respond to your request by then,
we will notify you of an extension of that timeframe.
