Thank you for your emails received 17 January 2024 to Te Tûâpapa Kura
Kâinga – Ministry of Housing and Urban Development requesting information
under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act). We have combined these
two emails:

I request all correspondence between hid and gha accountants rotorua,
glenn winiata hawkins or any employees, relating to housing, te arawa,
ngati whakaue, lifewise, visions of a helping hand,

All correspondence between hud and taniya ward, kelly kuru , natalie ward
, charlene turia, curtis deane , of MSD , and lyall wilson, william
barris, or any others at hud that are from msd , and visions and are about
housing, and properties, repairs, complaints, requests,

Im requesting all communications emails texts messages letters plans or
details between natalie ward and hid regarding housing, visions of a
helping hand charitable trust,  msd, charlene turia, willie ripia, and
taniya ward MSD

Your request has been forwarded to the appropriate officials to respond.
You may expect a decision regarding your request to be sent to you as soon
as possible, but no later than 20 working days from the receipt of your
request. If we're unable to respond to your request by then, we'll notify

You requested all correspondence between Te Tûâpapa Kura Kâinga - Ministry
of Housing and Urban Development and these individuals and organisations
on a range of issues related to Visions of a Helping Hand Trust. However,
An initial assessment of your request has identified approximately 11,000
emails potentially in scope which would require substantial collation to
respond to, and as such this part is likely to be rejected under section
18(f) of the Act, as the information requested cannot be made available
without substantial collation or research.

As such we ask that you narrow the scope of your request, such as by
providing the following:

* More specific keywords to narrow the number of results of your
request, and/or
* a narrower timeframe.

Depending on your response, the Ministry may consider:

* refusing this part of your request under section 18(f) of the OIA as
the information cannot be made available without substantial collation
or research
* extending your request under section 15(1)(a) of the Act as research
and collation necessary is such that the original time limit would
unreasonably interfere the with day-to-day operations
* asking you to further refine your request.

Please note that any clarification or refinement of a request is
considered to be a new request for the purpose of calculating the maximum
statutory timeframe for response—see section 15(1AA) of the OIA.
