"I noted,

Decisions are published after a 20-working day appeal period and remain on
the public register for 3 years.

 

Would you still keep all the decisions somewhere within your file system?
If so, may I kindly seek the case number, name and the decision date from
1st Jan 2018 to 1st Jan 2021. (e.g. 23 Nov 2023 C39863 Anuj Bisht / Vikas
Kapoor)

 

Also, what is the reason for not keeping all the decision on your
website?"

 

We will respond to your request as soon as we can and by no later than 22
February 2024, being 20 working days from the date we received your
request, in accordance with the Official Information Act 1982.

 

We will provide the response by email to this address.  If you would
prefer another method, please let us know.  Please also do not hesitate to
