I don't believe for a minute that you do not have information on the cost
of prescription items before 2004.

 

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora does not hold this information and we
believe you are asking for information which is more closely aligned with
the functions of the Ministry of Health. For this reason, Health NZ has
decided to transfer your request in full to the Ministry of Health under
section 14(b)(ii) of the Act. You can expect a response from the Ministry
of Health in due course.
