Thank you for your email of 15 March 2024 to Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities,
requesting information under the Of icial Information Act 1982 (the Act). I have answered
your questions individually below.
Please note that some information is withheld under section 9(2)(a) of the Act to protect
the privacy of natural persons. I do not consider the withholding of information from this
response is outweighed by the public interest considerations in making that information
available.
1) Document 231214 Teitei Drive DPM Meeting Minutes Meeting 7 Redacted.pdf
states under point 4.6 "2 media requests received".
Please provide a copy of the request and the responses to these media requests.
I have attached two emails regarding the media requests mentioned in the document
DPM Meeting Minutes (meeting 7).
2) The same document states under point 4.7 "CIP Team happy to work with us
around requirements".
Please provide copies of these emails referred to from and to CIP
I have attached one email within scope of this question.
3) The same document states under point 5.2 "Consent Applicant wil be Kainga
Ora".
Please provide the draft documents that were not submitted for consent, please
also provide any communications or documents as to why Kainga Ora was the sole
applicant.
I have attached the following draft documents:
• TPC Proposed Earthworks Traffic Assessment draft
• Teitei Drive Access Road Ecological Impact Assessment
• Entrance Earthworks Proposed Contour Plan
• Entrance Earthworks Proposed Cut and Fil Plan
• Entrance Earthworks Extent and Borrow Area
• Entrance Earthworks Proposed Sediment and Erosion Control Plan
• Entrance Stormwater Proposed Layout Long Section and Cross SectioNn
• Earthworks and Construction Management Plan
• Construction Noise and Vibration Assessment.
There are no communications or documents detailing why Kāinga Ora was the sole
applicant.
4) Please provide details as to the "revised consenting strategy" in point 6.3 motion

Therefore, this part of your request is declined under section 18(d) of the Act as the
information is publicly available.
5) Please provide any documents, legal, draft, supporting, as to the milestone date
changes as highlighted in the last statement in point 6.3 motion 2.
Please also provide any communications to CIP/HUD or any external party with
regards to these changes and or approvals from other parties.
Information in answer to this question was provided to you previously on 2 May 2024 (ref
OI 24 162). Please refer to the Shovel Ready Reporting documents included in that
response.
6) Document 240208 Teitei Drive DPM Meeting Minutes Meeting 8 Redacted states
under point 4.4 "the team is preparing community engagement for the second
resource consent.
Please provide any drafts, documents, emails with regards to this.
I have attached a draft comms and engagement plan that was being prepared ahead of
the second resource consent. As the resource consent did not go ahead, the plan did not
get finalised. Some information is withheld under section 9(2)(g)(i) of the Act to protect the
free and frank opinions of the individuals drafting the plan.
7) In point 4.5 it states the MSD housing register does not provide the ful picture of
housing need where Eligible people have not applied.
Please provide evidence to this statement, research or documents to backup that
the people mentioned in this statement are eligible, how were these people
qualified to support this statement.

8) Point 5.3 states that the "AM wil seek formal extension"
Please provide these formal or otherwise documents or emails.
Kāinga Ora did not proceed with the formal extension. Therefore, this part of your request
is declined under section 18(g) of the Act as the information is not held.
9) Point 7.1 states approval was sought from RDC for extensions.
Please provide copies of these emails or documents related to this statement.
I have attached one email regarding an extension to the Resource Consent.
