OFFICIAL INFORMATION REQUEST FOR a further breakdown of supplied costs
I refer to your official information request dated 17 December 2024 requesting a breakdown of costs
supplied in a previous LGOIMA request dated 28 February 2024.
In our acknowledgement of receipt of this request dated 18 December 2024 council requested that
you please explain the reason and purpose of your further information request. This is to help identify
the public interest considerations that may favour disclosure of the information.
To date there has not been any response from you.
Council has decided to withhold the further breakdown of information requested, under section
7(2)(b)(ii) of the LGOIMA Act 1987 to protect information where the making available of the
information would be likely unreasonably to prejudice the commercial position of the person who
supplied or who is the subject of the information.
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision.
