Hi Maggie
I don't agree with you refusing my request and I have made a complaint to the Ombudsman.
I am interested to know how can the Council be predujiced or disadvantage in releasing the information if the development is not going ahead.
If the Council is still in negotiations over the land that is different to what information I am asking for.
Yours sincerely,
Warren Murdoch

Good afternoon Mr Murdoch,
Thank you for your email. Council stands by its decision to withhold requested information. Withholding is different to refusing the request.
As per the response letter "This decision to withhold information is subject to review on completion of negotiations".
Council considered partial release of the information it holds however this would not provide an accurate and complete response.
I hope this helps in better understanding the decision to use the section of the LGOIMA Act to withhold at this stage.
Your sincerely
Maggie Flonk
