LOCAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL INFORMATION AND MEETINGS ACT 1987 
 
Thank you for your Request for Of icial Information received on 17 March 2023  relating to  the 
following. 
 
1) Please provide to us any documentation or emails/communication regarding the decision made 
regarding Teitei drive. This can be limited from 20th Feb until today. 
 
2) Please include official notice or comms regarding the cancellation from government. 
 
3) Please include any emails, documents discussions following the decision, until today. 
 
We wil  endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible with a decision and in any event 
no later than 17 April 2024, being 20 working days after the day your request was received. If we 
are unable to respond to your request by then, we wil  notify you of an extension of that timeframe.
