Good morning,
Thank you for the information that you have provided in response to my request.
Can I enquire as to why the names of Chief Executives have been redacted under Section 9(2)(a)?
I understand the intention of this clause is to protect the privacy of natural persons. However, by definition, Chief Executive is a very public role so I would be interested to understand why you have chosen to redact some of these names. Surely this information could easily be found on the internet or in media releases from the entities, so I would like to know why you have decided that the interests of privacy outweigh the public interest of releasing this information.
Thank you,
C. Bennett
