Accessibility Action Plan (WCC)
Nic Lane made this Official Information request to Wellington City Council
Wellington City Council did not have the information requested.
From: Nic Lane
Dear Wellington City Council,
Just wondering if you ever had any requests for your Accessibility Action Plan to be publically available in Government approved Alternative formats, such as Easy Read, NZSL, Braille, Oral, or Large Print, since it was published in 2019.
Could you please supply all communications with MSD translation services in regards to this policy/plan, and if and when these were actually requested.
If these weren't supplied, could you please the reasons as to why UN CRPD Article 21 was not met, and the responsibility would have fallen on.
Yours faithfully,
Nic Lane
