Could you kindly provide a list of all camping grounds which Council has issued a camping ground licence in the past 3 years in accordance with the Camping Ground Regulations 1985.
Please include relevant addresses for each camping ground and identify if any camping grounds are operated by Council or subject to a lease with Council.

Licences are the responsibility of City and District councils, not
Regional councils.
We are therefore looking to transfer your request to other councils in HB
including the Napier City Council and the Hastings District Council,
however it may well be
that you have already approached these councils with a similar request.

HB.

Please confirm whether you’ve requested the Camp Ground licensing
informaiton from city/district councils.
If you have not then HBRC will transfer your LGOIMA request to Napier
City, Hastings, Central Hawke’s Bay and Wairoa district councils for
response as the agencies that will hold the information.
