CAA Investigation Occurrence Number 16/1973

Joao Santos made this Official Information request to Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand

Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand did not have the information requested.

From: Joao Santos

Dear Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand,

I am requesting for the following information. Should they exist in the CAA's files I would like to request a copy in electronic form.

Occurrence Number 16/1973, CAA Investigation, Robinson R22 Beta II, ZK-HCB, 30 April 2016. This fatal accident is not investigated by TAIC, and information suggested that a CAA investigation is held, and completed. However there is no reference 16/1973 found in either Fatal reports or accident briefs on the CAA website, so I am requesting for that if any final report is made it should be publicly released. Cf. Annex 13 and local adoptions.

Yours faithfully,

Joao Santos

From: Joao Santos

Dear OIA,

I'm afraid that I have no easy mean to proof my stay in NZ, and I do not hold citizenship, so feel free to consider it not eligible then.

That's what I can say so far.

Yours sincerely,

Joao Santos

We can advise that there is no CAA fatal accident investigation for the

We hope this helps.
