Please find attached the original 2015 contact between Council and the
DCDB.  The contract should answer questions 1-3.  Some financial
information has been redacted under section 7(2)(i) of the LGOIMA to
enable Council to carry on negotiations.  You have the right to make a
complaint to the Ombudsman about Council’s decision to withhold some of
the financial information within the DCDB contract.

 

The contract is already up for renewal.  In the Activity plans that have
been prepared for the 2024 Long Term Plan (LTP), a workstream has been
included to review the method of delivering the Dargaville and Ruawai
Community Housing during year 1 (2024-2025).  The LTP is scheduled for
adoption late July 2024.
