The request is unclear as to what you mean by heritage assets.  Are you
asking for a list of properties owned by Heritage New Zealand with
architect and builder if known?

timeframe for response under section 15(1AA) of the OIA.

Information Act 1982 for “the full list of heritage assets 5,833
listings (same as your website) with their architect and builder of
known. Not just assets owned by Heritage”.
 2. Please see the attached tailored enquiry report from HNZPT's database.
This report only includes the places on the List where the
builder/architect has been identified. That is a total of 1946 places
(33.4%) of the List.
 3. As you have noted, the full HNZPT heritage list is available on, (and
downloadable from) the HNZPT website.
