Dear Ministry of Education,
Why did I receive an automated response from the Ministry of Education which leads with Maori language followed by English language. Do you not realize or respect that the vast majority of New Zealanders prefer communications in English?
Also, for a Ministry of Government, and, more especially the office responsible for Education, how couldy you send me a jumbled up language automated response such as that I received? Is there no-one in your office responsible for answering Official Information Act requests who bothers or cares to check that automated responses are correctly, properly and appropriately worded and coded in your data/computer systems?
Good grief!
Yours faithfully,
M.R.M.
