Thank you for your request for information below.

 

The Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act requires that
we advise you of our decision on your request no later than 20 working
days after the day we received your request.

 

This email is to advise you that Wellington City Council needs to extend
the due date of your response, pursuant to section 14(1)(b) of the LGOIMA,
as further consultations with the Council’s Parking team necessary to make
a decision on the request are such that a proper decision to the request
cannot reasonably be made within the original time limit.

 

For this reason, you can expect a response from Wellington City Council no
later than 31 July 2024.

 

Right of review

If you are not satisfied with the Council’s response, you may request the
Office of the Ombudsman to investigate the Council’s decision. Further
