Dear Cooper
Official Information Act request relating to Apple visit
Thank you for your request made under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act),
received on 16 July 2024. You requested:
1.
All documents (including, but not limited to: itineraries, communications e.g
emails, texts) relating to the visit of Apple Inc.
2.
All travel (specifically airfare) documents (including, but not limited to:
receipts, itineraries, communications e.g emails, texts).
3.
List of all passengers and booking classes for flights.
I believe parts of your request are held by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Specifically:
1.
All documents (including, but not limited to: itineraries, communications e.g
emails, texts) relating to the visit of Apple Inc.
2.
All travel documents (including, but not limited to: itineraries,
communications e.g emails, texts).
Accordingly, I have decided to partially transfer questions [1] and [2] of your request to
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs under section 14(b)(i) of the Act for information they may
hold. As it is already outside of the ten working day time limit for transferring a request, I
have extended the time-limit available to make this transfer under section 15(A) of the
Act. This extension is required because of the consultation needed to make a decision
on your request.
